The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, is being celebrated on his birthday for what colleagues describe as a purposeful and results-driven approach to diplomatic service.
As he marks his birthday on September 14, the minister is also being recognised for his first 100 days in office, during which he has focused on advancing Nigeria’s foreign policy priorities and strengthening the country’s diplomatic engagement.
Enikanolaiye has anchored his approach around the 4Ds of the Renewed Hope Agenda — Demography, Development, Democracy and Diaspora — as key pillars for advancing Nigeria’s interests at home and abroad.

His office described him as a leader who places emphasis on consultation, alignment and action, while working to strengthen Nigeria’s relationships across Africa and the wider international community.
The birthday message praised the minister for his leadership, wisdom and commitment to national service, describing him as a boss and visionary leader who has continued to lead with purpose.
The Office of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs also prayed for continued good health, wisdom, strength and grace for Enikanolaiye as he begins another year of service to the country.
Happy birthday, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye.
