Popular Nigerian gospel singer Moses Bliss has shared details of a frightening health challenge his wife, Marie Bliss, recently faced while they were in the United Kingdom.

Speaking during a ministration at the Mountain Experience programme in Abuja, the singer said the incident began suddenly, with his wife complaining of severe pain on one side of her body, including her back, before her condition worsened into breathing difficulties.

According to him, the situation became alarming, prompting an urgent hospital visit. However, despite a series of medical tests, doctors were reportedly unable to determine the exact cause of the illness.

Recounting the experience, Moses Bliss said the uncertainty surrounding the diagnosis left him deeply distressed. He noted that he had to briefly return to Nigeria for a scheduled programme while his wife remained under medical care abroad.

He further explained that on his way back to London, he felt a strong spiritual prompting to take decisive action through prayer. Upon arriving at the hospital, he said he prayed fervently with his wife, declaring words of faith over her condition.

The singer added that shortly after, his wife contacted him to inform him that she had been discharged, marking what he described as a turning point in the situation.

Moses Bliss used the testimony to emphasise his belief in the power of prayer, describing the recovery as a moment of divine intervention.
