The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), led by its National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, on Saturday joined Vice President Kashim Shettima, APC governors, leaders of the National Assembly, and other party stakeholders to formally receive the Executive Governor of Taraba State, His Excellency Agbu Kefas, into the party.

The reception ceremony, held in Jalingo, the Taraba State capital, drew a large gathering of party faithful, political leaders, and supporters who witnessed the governor’s formal entry into the ruling party.

Speaking at the event, party leaders described the development as a significant boost for the APC’s growing national profile and expressed optimism about strengthened political collaboration and governance in Taraba State.
Governor Kefas, in his remarks, appreciated the warm reception and pledged to work with the party leadership to advance development and unity in the state.

The event underscored the APC’s ongoing efforts to expand its political reach and consolidate support across the country.
