The All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Miss Chika Jewel Okparaeke, a prominent social media influencer and devoted supporter of the ruling party.
In a statement issued on Friday, the party described Okparaeke fondly known as “Ada Buhari”as a courageous and passionate advocate of the APC and its progressive policies, particularly within the digital space.
According to the APC, the late influencer was widely admired for her boldness, resilience, and unwavering commitment to defending and promoting the ideals of the party. Her energetic engagement and strategic use of social media platforms helped amplify the APC’s message and connect with a broad spectrum of Nigerians.
The party further noted that beyond her political engagement, Okparaeke was a hardworking professional who consistently demonstrated dedication and excellence in both her service to the party and her private pursuits.
“Considering the impact of her selfless contributions and the void created by her sudden passing, she will be sorely missed,” the statement read.
The APC extended its heartfelt condolences to her immediate family, loved ones, and members of the party nationwide, urging them to take solace in the legacies she left behind through her passionate advocacy and commitment.
The statement was signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Felix Morka, CON, who prayed for divine comfort for those mourning her loss and for the peaceful repose of her soul.
