The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has outlined the steps telecommunications subscribers can take to seek redress when they are dissatisfied with services provided by their service providers.
The Commission advised consumers to first lodge their complaints directly with their service provider, either through the provider’s customer care helpline or by visiting any of its customer care centres.
Where a complaint is not satisfactorily resolved by the service provider, subscribers can escalate the matter to the NCC through its designated consumer complaint channels.
The channels include the NCC 622 Toll-Free Contact Centre and the NCC Consumer Portal at consumer@ncc.gov.ng.
Subscribers can also reach the Commission through its social media platforms, including its Facebook account, facebook.com/nigerian.communications.commission, and X accounts, x.com/consumersNCC and x.com/NgComCommission.

The NCC also provides an Instagram channel at instagram.com/ngcomcommission.
For written complaints, consumers are advised to address their correspondence to:
The Executive Vice Chairman,
Nigerian Communications Commission,
Plot 423 Aguiyi Ironsi Street,
Maitama, Abuja.
Attention: Director, Consumer Affairs Bureau.
The Commission also has zonal offices where consumers can seek assistance.
