The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has commenced the written examination for the ongoing Police Specialist and General Duty Constable recruitment exercise across designated centres nationwide.
In Abuja, the exercise is being conducted at the Police Officers’ Wives Association (POWA) Secondary School, among other approved venues.

According to the statement, the Commissioner of Police, FCT Command, CP Ahmed Muhammed Sanusi, visited the examination centre to monitor the process and ensure strict compliance with established guidelines.
During the visit, the CP expressed satisfaction with the level of organization, the orderly conduct of candidates, and the professionalism demonstrated by officers supervising the exercise. He noted that adequate security and logistics had been deployed to ensure a smooth and hitch-free examination process.
The Command has advised candidates yet to participate in the exercise to strictly adhere to the date and time specified on their Examination Invitation Slips and report promptly to their designated centres.
Applicants are also reminded to come along with all required documents, including their printed Examination Invitation Slip, National Identification Number (NIN) slip bearing a clear photograph, and a writing pen, while complying with the approved dress code.
The Police Command reiterated its commitment to ensuring a transparent and credible recruitment process.
