The Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC) President, Engr. Habu Ahmed Gumel, has commended Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his visionary leadership and proactive support, which have propelled the nation’s sporting ambitions to new heights within a remarkably short period.

Engr. Gumel highlighted the appointments of Mallam Shehu Dikko as NSC Chairman and Hon. Bukola Olopade as Director-General as pivotal to the sector’s success.
“The nation is witnessing a paradigm shift in sports administration. Their recent presentations before the Senate and House of Representatives Committees on Sports during the budget defence showcased their progressive ideas and dedication to Nigeria’s sporting goals,” he added.
