The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed, has described the newly launched book “Fragments of Time: My Foreign Service Years” by Ambassador Eineje Onobu as a powerful reflection of Nigeria’s diplomatic journey and a legacy of service to the nation.
Speaking at the official launch held at the Rotunda of the Ministry on Tuesday, Ahmed said the book goes beyond personal storytelling, capturing critical moments that define Nigeria’s foreign policy engagements over the years.
He noted that Ambassador Onobu’s career exemplifies the core values of the Nigerian Foreign Service, including professionalism, patriotism, resilience, and integrity.
