Dan Isihu’s reign of terror was marked by relentless violence, extortion, and control over key arms and ransom routes. He was allegedly involved in high-profile crimes, including the abduction of passengers from the Abuja-Kaduna train, an incident that sent shockwaves across the nation and fueled his criminal empire through ransom payments.
