In a bid to strengthen communication and enhance service efficiency, the Military Pensions Board (MPB) has released new official phone numbers for complaints, general enquiries, and Next of Kin (NOK) appointments.

The announcement was made in a statement issued on Monday, October 13, 2025, by the Board’s Public Relations Officer, Squadron Leader Aliyu Mohammed, who explained that the move reflects the Board’s ongoing commitment to providing responsive and transparent service to military retirees and their families.

According to the statement, the new contact channels are structured to ensure faster response times and clearer communication between the Board and pensioners.
