A historic change of leadership is currently underway at the Army Headquarters in Abuja, as Major General Onyema Nwachukwu formally hands over command of the Directorate of Army Public Relations (DAPR) to Lieutenant Colonel (Mrs) Onyechi Appolonia Anele, the newly appointed Acting Director.
