Dr. (Amb.) Bartholomew Chukwuma Idoko, CEO of Benid Industries Limited, has been conferred an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Management by Prowess University, Delaware, USA.
The honor was bestowed during the 11th Leadership Summit, Induction & Doctorate Award Ceremony at the University of Lagos, Lagos State, under the theme “Industrial Relations: A Veritable Strategy for Enhancing Organizational Performance.” The event brought together industry leaders, academics, and policy influencers to celebrate leadership and innovation.
The Board of Trustees of the Coalition of Nigeria Youths on Security and Safety Affairs (CONYSSA) proudly celebrated Dr. Idoko’s achievement, acknowledging his significant contributions both in the business world and in community development.
Dr. Idoko, a native of Umuoslemeje Igbelle, Enugu-Ezike in Enugu State, has transformed Benid Industries from a modest family trading business into a leading manufacturer in Nigeria’s wine and spirits sector. His visionary leadership has driven the company’s expansion into multiple subsidiaries and fostered a culture of innovation.
In addition to his corporate success, Dr. Idoko is well-known for his philanthropic initiatives, including educational scholarships, community water projects, and the establishment of the Kakaraka Football Club, which aims to empower youth through sports.
