The Nigeria Police Force has honoured the Deputy Inspector-General of Police in charge of the Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), DIG Adebowale Williams (psc+), fdc, as he officially retires after 35 years of meritorious service to the nation.


Throughout his distinguished career, DIG Williams demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and innovation, particularly in his leadership of the ICT Department at Force Headquarters. His visionary approach significantly strengthened the Force’s digital infrastructure and contributed to the modernization of policing operations across the country.


Widely regarded as a pillar of institutional growth, DIG Williams played a key role in driving technological advancement within the Nigeria Police Force, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and service.


The leadership and officers of the Nigeria Police Force have expressed deep appreciation for his invaluable contributions, commending his commitment to duty and his impact on the organization.
