The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Kuwait has issued a safety advisory to Nigerian nationals residing in Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain, urging heightened vigilance amid prevailing regional developments.

In a circular dated March 1, 2026, the Embassy advised Nigerians to remain calm, closely follow safety guidelines issued by host authorities, and adhere strictly to official advisories from the governments of Kuwait and Bahrain.

The Mission noted that it is actively monitoring the evolving situation and maintaining close contact with leaders of Nigerian community groups in both countries to ensure coordinated communication and support where necessary.

To strengthen real-time engagement, the Embassy has created a dedicated mobile and WhatsApp line for inquiries and updates. Nigerians are encouraged to utilize the contact channel for verified information and assistance.

For further inquiries, nationals may reach the Embassy via email at nigeriakuwait@yahoo.com or through the designated phone/WhatsApp number: +965 9923 8835.

The Embassy reaffirmed its commitment to the welfare and safety of Nigerian citizens under its jurisdiction and urged continued cooperation with local authorities.
