A Nigerian lawyer, Stan Alieke, has weighed in on the ongoing paternity dispute involving popular socialite Cubana Chief Priest and his alleged baby mama, Hellen Ati.
Hellen Ati recently took to Instagram on Mother’s Day to publicly appeal to Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma and First Lady Chioma Uzodimma, urging them to intervene and compel Cubana Chief Priest to take a DNA test. She claimed she has been raising their son alone in Kenya without financial support.

Responding to the controversy, Alieke advised Hellen to drop the social media appeals and take legal action if she is confident about her claims. He explained that if a court establishes Cubana Chief Priest as the child’s father, he would be legally required to provide financial support. However, if the DNA test proves otherwise, Hellen could face legal consequences for defamation.
The paternity saga has sparked widespread debate, with many urging both parties to seek a legal resolution rather than engage in public confrontations.
